Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TrueHorizon website (truehorizon.codes) and any project engagement with TrueHorizon ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

TrueHorizon provides website development, mobile app development, full-stack development, SEO and AI search optimization, and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed in writing before work begins, typically via a proposal or quote following an initial consultation.

Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting estimates, not final quotes. Final pricing depends on project scope and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices may be billed in INR or USD depending on the client's location, as agreed at the proposal stage.

Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins
  • Remaining payment is due upon project completion or per milestones agreed in the proposal
  • Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, assets, and access (e.g. hosting credentials, API keys) needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered code and design for your specific project transfers to you, except for any third-party libraries, frameworks, or assets which remain governed by their own licenses. TrueHorizon retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in the proposal. Requests significantly beyond the original scope may be treated as a new work item and quoted separately.

Post-launch support

Where included, post-launch support covers bug fixes related to delivered functionality for the period specified in your proposal. It does not cover new features, third-party service outages, or issues caused by changes made outside of TrueHorizon after handover.

Limitation of liability

TrueHorizon will make reasonable efforts to deliver functional, well-tested work. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data, except where required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
